We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Receptionist to work in their head office which is located near Baker Street. The ideal candidate must be a professional and enthusiastic and dynamic person who will be the face of the organisation, they will be working in a team of 2 with 2 shift patterns between 08:00 to 17:00 and 08:30 to 17:30 Mon to Fri. They will also be required to assist with some general office admin duties.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, show to meeting rooms and serve drinks
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and updating visitor management system
  • Arranging for catering for meetings
  • Setting up and cleaning down meeting rooms
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the office and making sure that all office systems are managed, including maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment, reporting and arranging necessary building repairs
  • Answering phone calls and forwarding messages as appropriate
  • Booking international couriers, managing, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, typing and filing
  • Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the employee kitchens during the day

Essential Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Worked in either 4-5-star hospitality environment
  • Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Assist other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the team

The package

Salary- £25,000 with an excellent benefits package including pension / private medical after probation
